April we celebrated National Occupational Therapy Month These amazing professionals work tirelessly to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life every single day. We want to recognize Larry McCoy, Veronica Skeens and Donna Childress, in our OT Department to show our appreciation for their dedication and hard work to our residents.
The excitement is building as our residents prepare for the Kentucky Derby as they showcase their creativity and Derby spirit with the help of the Therapy, Activity, and Marketing Departments. We're hat ready; from elegant flowers to feathers, each hat tells its own story and reflects the personality of each resident. The joy and laughter that filled the room during this activity was absolutely heartwarming and so much fun!
